Ingredients:


1 pound cooked, shelled and deveined medium shrimp -- up to 1 1/2 pounds

2 medium onion -- thinly sliced rings

16 pieces bay leaves -- up to 20 leaves

1 cup Piquant French Dressing

1 package crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


In medium-size bowl, arrange alternate layers of shrimp, onion rings and bay leaves. Pour dressing over the top, pressing down so the top layer is covered. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 24 hours to blend flavors. Server as an hors d'oeuvre on crackers, as a cocktail or in a sala
