6 skewers bamboo skewer

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1 pound jumbo tiger prawns

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/3 cup unsalted butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


season shrimp with salt and pepper dip into melted butter thread onto skewers coat evenly with sesame seeds grill for 4 minutes on each side serve hot
