Preparation / Directions:
1. Saute onion, pepper, celery and garlic in brown, about 15 minutes.
2. Stir in tomato juice and sauce, sugar, salt and marjoram; heat thoroughly. 3. Combine cornstarch and water; stir into tomato mixture and cook 3 to 5 minutes until thickened.
4. Stir in shrimp; heat mixture to serving temperature.
5. Fill center of Rice-Wheat Germ Ring with shrimp and sauce; pour remaining sauce over ring. Serve immediately. butter over low heat until tender but not
Rice Wheat Germ Ring
1. Mix rice and wheat germ together; pack into well-greased 6-cup ring mold.
2. Unmold on serving plate.
