Preparation / Directions:
Melt butter with oil in heavy skillet over med hi heat. add shrimp
and mushrooms, saute` for 1 minute. sprinkle with salt and pepper.
cook till shrimp just turn pink, transfer to warm plate. add cream,
sparkling wine and thyme to skillet. boil till the mixture is reduced
to a sauce consistancy, aprox 5 mins. retirn shrimp and veggies to
skillet. stir till heated through. pour over cooked angel-hair pasta
((((this was not easy to remember what i did))))))
but it sure is a great dish to serve company.
