3 ounces cream cheese

3 tablespoons sour cream

1/4 pound bay shrimp

2 tablespoons green bell pepper

2 tablespoons diced pimiento

2 tablespoons chives

2 tablespoons pitted black olive

1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


ROLLOUT PASTRY INTO A 10-1/2 INCH SQUARE CUT INTO 1-1/2x1-1/2 INCH SQUARES PLACE ONTO AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET BAKE @ 425 DEGREES FOR 12 MINUTES, UNTIL GOLDEN REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL SLIGHTLY SEPARATE OR CUT INTO 2 EVEN LAYERS, SET ASIDE COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS-MIX WELL PLACE 1 TEASPOON SHRIMP MIXTURE ONTO A PASTRY SQUARE PLACE ANOTHER SQUARE ON TOP OF FILLING TO MAKE A SANDWICH REPEAT WITH REMAINING FILLING AND PASTRY SQUARES CHILL FOR 30 MINUTES SERVE SLIGHTLY CHILLED OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
