Spicy Shrimp And Pork Salad (Yam Vietnam)

Ingredients:


1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds -- ground

3 cloves garlic -- minced

1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

3 tablespoons vinegar

3 tablespoons lime or lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers

2 cups cooked pork -- cubed small

1 pound cooked shrimp -- diced small

1 medium cucumber -- peeled and sliced

1 teaspoon mint
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with the mint.
