Ingredients:


2 medium lettuce -- torn

1 medium green bell pepper -- - cut in 1 inch squares

1 medium red bell pepper -- - cut in 1 inch squares

1 pound large shrimp -- cooked

13 whole basil leaves cut in strips

4 stalks chive stalks -- in 1 inch lengths

3 sprigs parsley

4 large hard-boiled eggs -- sliced

1 sprig oregano -- fresh- strip the leaves

4 sprigs thyme -- fresh - strip the leaves

6 medium tomatoes -- coarsely chopped

1 slice Swiss cheese -- diced

4 whole green onions -- incl. tops diced

3 medium carrots -- chopped

1 head broccoli flowerets

3 stalks celery -- (up to 4), - diced

1 large yellow summer squash -- - sliced

1 large cucumber -- sliced

1/2 medium onion -- diced

3 ounces blue cheese -- crumbled

Combine all; toss.
