Shrimp In Clam Sauce

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound large or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 can white clam sauce

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons Italian style bread crumbs

2 cups hot cooked rice or linguine
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large skillet, heat olive oil until hot. Add shrimp. Sauté just until shrimp turns opaque. Do not overcook. Add clam sauce, oregano and lemon juice. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Cook, basting shrimp with sauce until slightly thickened, 1 minute. Serve over hot rice or linguine
