Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Cook shrimp and scallops until done. Set aside.
Slowly melt butter in a saucepan adding cornstarch, then milk, stirring constantly.
Add wine, shrimp and scallops and cook until done. Do not overcook.
Serve over white rice.
