Shrimp Crab Rolls |

Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped raw shrimp |
3/4 cup crabmeat -- cooked |
1 large egg |
2 slices dry bread |
1 dash cayenne pepper or to taste |
1/4 cup celery, chopped |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1/4 cup Bell pepper, chopped |
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste |
1 cup cornmeal |
1/2 cup pancake mix |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Mix about 1 cup corn meal with 1/2 cup pancake mix.
Pick up small handful and squeeze into 2 1/2" roll.
Coat shrimp patty in corn meal and fry in deep fat.
