Shrimp Crab Rolls

Ingredients:


3/4 cup chopped raw shrimp

3/4 cup crabmeat -- cooked

1 large egg

2 slices dry bread

1 dash cayenne pepper or to taste

1/4 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup onion, chopped

1/4 cup Bell pepper, chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cornmeal

1/2 cup pancake mix
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients together. Mix about 1 cup corn meal with 1/2 cup pancake mix. Pick up small handful and squeeze into 2 1/2" roll. Coat shrimp patty in corn meal and fry in deep fat.
