Preparation / Directions:Sauté onions, celery, bell pepper, garlic, thyme, cayenne pepper and bay leaves in cooking oil.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste; simmer 15 minutes.
Add peeled raw shrimp; simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
