Shrimp Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients:


1/2 cup celery -- (5 ribs)

4 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon mustard

1/3 cup vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons catsup

1 tablespoon horseradish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put ingredients in blender about 3-5 minutes until well blended. Chill. Serve over cold, boiled shrimp.
