Ingredients:


1/2 pound shrimp

1 cup milk

1 cup cream

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons sherry

1 teaspoon salt and white pepper

1 tablespoons chopped parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour, salt, white pepper to taste. Stir in milk and cream, let bubble slowly. add wine and cut up cooked shrimp. Garnish with paprika and chopped parsley. To be used on baked or poached fish.
