Biloxi-Style Appetizer Shrimp |

Ingredients:
1 package shrimp and crab boil |
2 cans beer -- 12 oz ea |
24 ounces water |
1 tablespoon Tabasco |
1 tablespoon Worcestershire |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice |
5 pounds shrimp medium, peel -- devein |
1 cup unsalted butter -- melt |

Preparation / Directions:
Bring spice bag to boil in beer/water in large saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients except for shrimp and butter.
Simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Arrange shrimp in an oven-proof casserole. Pour liquid over them.
Pour melted butter over all.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, stirring twice.
