Gnocchi Dablo

Ingredients:


1/2 package frozen gnocchi -- (24-oz size)

1/2 pound bulk hot italian sausage

1 medium onion cut into medium wedges

2 cups spaghetti sauce

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried basil

1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook and drain gnocchi as directed on package; keep warm. Cook sausage and onion in 1-1/2 gq.-saucepan over medium high heat. Stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and red pepper. heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon sauce mixture onto serving plates. Top with gnocchi. Sprinkle with basil and cheese
