Ingredients:


12 slices tomato

12 slices mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup wine vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


On a platter, arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella. Sprinkle with basil and dribble oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Great with a barbecue or any hot weather meal.
