Ingredients:


1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon fresh ginger

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 cup mayonnaise
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. in a small bowl, combine lemon zest, ginger, lemon juice and mayonnaise. 2. mix together well. 3. spread on fish before broiling or grilling.
