Pickled Eggs

Ingredients:


1 3/4 Cup apple cider vinegar

1/3 Cup White wine optional

1 Cup Water

2 tablespoons Sugar

1/2 tablespoons Salt

1/8 teaspoon Allspice

8 pieces Peppercorns

3 pieces Whole cloves

3 Cloves garlic

1 piece bay leaf

10 large eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


bring all ingredients except eggs to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes. Add hard boiled eggs, peeled. Allow to sit in brine for two days to 2 weeks. Refrigerated. May add dill weed.
