Healthy snack accompany lunchtime to ayran/yogurt diluted in some water) or a cup of tea with some green leaves as lettuce
 

Ingredients:


16 ounces lentils

16 ounces fine grain bulgour

1/2 Cup oilve oil

3 teaspoon cumin

3 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoon piment

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons tomato paste

2 tablespoons mint dried

1 bunch parsley cutted finely

1 large onion cutted into cubes

1 bunch Lettuce to garnish

1 medium tomatoes to garnish

1 medium cucumber to garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wash and drain the lentilles and make them boil with 3-4 glass of water. When it start to smooth enough to eat cut the fire and add all of bulgour into it. And cover it.Then when all the liquid dissapear let it cool. Then add all other ingredients except the garnis salads.When all of them mixed well ass taste and smell divide into 5 -6 cm long cylindrique pieces. Garnish with extra parsley slices of lemon with slices of cucumber tomatoes end lettuce
