Roasted / Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:


1 large Seeds from 1 large pumpkin rinsed and dried

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Scatter pumpkin seeds onto a sheet pan in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil. 3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat. 4. Bake for about 7 minutes, until light brown and crispy.
