Apple And Pear Sorbet

Ingredients:


3 medium golden delicious apples -- peeled, cored and sliced

3 medium danjou pears -- peeled, cored and sliced

1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons chateau ste. michelle late harvest riesling
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pure all of the ingredients in a blender of food processor. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and prepare according to manufacturer's directions (or see directions below). Keep frozen until ready to serve. If you don't have an ice cream or gelato machine, freeze the sorbet mixture in a shallow tray, stirring with a whisk every hour until frozen. This incorporates air and breaks up ice cryst
