Ingredients:


6 medium ripe mangoes -- peeled and seeded

1 dash salt

1 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 cup simple syrup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pur‚e the mangoes with the salt and lime juice until smooth. Combine with simple syrup and freeze.
