Plum Sorbet

Ingredients:


12 medium plums sliced

1 cup orange juice

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoons orange zest
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place plums, sugar, orange juice and zest in food processor or blender; puree. Pour into loaf pan and freeze, about 4 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, process again. Return to freezer until served.
