Scotch Bonnet And Banana Sorbet

Ingredients:


2 medium ripe bananas -- in small pieces

1 cup mango juice

1 medium finely chopped scotch bonnet pepper -- seeded or not

1/2 cup fine granulated sugar or to taste

1 bunch few leaves of fresh mint for garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine, heat slightly to dissolve sugar, puree with hand blender. Cool down to room temperature. Put in an ice cream maker and follow instructions. Garnish with some fresh mint.
