Spiced Cider Sorbet

Ingredients:


1 3/4 cups apple cider

2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar

3 whole cloves

2 whole allspice

1 whole cardamom

1 stick cinnamon

1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat cider, sugar, cloves, allspice, cardamom, and cinnamon to boiling; simmer 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature and strain through coarse strainer; discard spices. Stir in lemon juice. Chill. Freeze.
