Ben And Jerry's Beer Sorbet

Ingredients:


1 1/2 bottles flat dark beer such as becks dark -- (18 ounces)

5 tablespoons sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Pour the beer and sugar into a large mixing bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved. 2. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturers directions. If you do not have an ice cream maker you can put the mixture into a shallow tray and place into the freezer. Stir every 20 minutes or so until frozen/slushy.
