Preparation / Directions:Make a syrup by combining the water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cool. Puree the melon in a food processor or blender. Combine syrup, melon, lemon juice and Midori. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Garnish with melon balls and mint sprigs.
