White Nectarine Sorbet

Ingredients:


5 cups diced white nectarines -- (about 8-10 medium nectarines)

1 cup frozen fruit juice concentrate -- raspberry orange or white grape

1/2 cup sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine in a food processor or blender: white nectarines and frozen fruit juice concentrate. Whirl until smooth. Add sugar. Whirl again.

2. Freeze in an ice cream freezer OR freeze in a shallow pan, stirring and scraping frequently as the liquid freezes.

3. Serve with cookies.
