Preparation / Directions:Combine spinach leaves and 1/3 c. water in a large saucepan. Partially
cover
so that some steam can escape; cook over moderately low heat (about 225 F)
about 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly and season with butter and salt;
sprinkle
with nutmeg.
