Preparation / Directions:Prepare spinach as directed. Cook and stir onion, bacon and garlic in oil in Dutch oven over medium heat until bacon is crisp; reduce heat. Stir in salt, pepper and nutmeg. Gradually add spinach. Toss just until spinach is wilted. Drizzle with lime juice:
