Seafood Spread

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese softened

1/2 Pound smoked whitefish skinned, boned and flaked

2 tablespoons green onion minced

2 tablespoons dill chopped fresh

1 Teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 Teaspoon black pepper

4 slices Rye bread

1 package Assorted Crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, mixing until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with rye bread slices or assorted crackers. Garnish with lime wedges Prep time: 10 minutes plus refrigerating
