Ingredients:


3/4 cup cheddar cheese

3 ounces cream cheese

1/4 cup butter

1/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon scallions

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce

2 pounds savory crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine cheddar and cream cheese in a food processor process until smooth, scrape down sides add remaining ingredients processs until smooth and well blended cover and chill for 6-24 hours serve chilled or at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers
