Corn And Walnut Spread

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup lime juice

1 tablespoon cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

8 ounces whole kernel corn -- drained

1 cup walnuts -- chopped

1 can green chili -- drained

4 Medium scallions -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Serve with crackers, or use as a stuffing for celery and cherry tomatoes.
