Cracked Black Pepper And Herb Spread

Ingredients:


1 package cream cheese -- softened

6 ounces goat cheese

1/4 cup wish-bone italian dressing

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme leaves

1 teaspoon fresh chopped sage leaves

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In food processor or blender, process all ingredients until blended; cover and chill. Garnish, if desired, with additional cracked black pepper and serve with assorted fresh vegetables, cracker and breads. Substitution: Use 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves. Substitution: Use 1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves. Note: Also terrific with Wish-Bone Robusto Italian, Blended Italian, Lite Italian or Lite Classic Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing.
