Curried Chicken Spread |

Ingredients:
3 Cup cooked ground chicken |
1 Cup minced celery |
4 large hard-cooked eggs -- chopped |
1 jar pimiento -- (4 oz.) drained and chopped |
2 tablespoons minced onions |
2 cloves garlic -- minced |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne |
1 1/2 Cup mayonnaise |

Preparation / Directions:
In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients thoroughly. Cover and chill for
at
least 8 hours. Spread on toasted, buttered white bread. Garnish with
parsley.
