Curried Chicken Spread

Ingredients:


3 Cup cooked ground chicken

1 Cup minced celery

4 large hard-cooked eggs -- chopped

1 jar pimiento -- (4 oz.) drained and chopped

2 tablespoons minced onions

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

1 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients thoroughly. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours. Spread on toasted, buttered white bread. Garnish with parsley.
