Velvet Cheese Spread (Gloria Pitzer)

Ingredients:


1 packages American Cheese slices (singles) -- (12 oz.)

8 ounces Cheez Whiz

1 packages cream cheese -- (8 oz.)

1 packages shredded sharp Cheddar -- (4 oz.)
 

Preparation / Directions:


As listed, put all into top of double boiler over simmering water, stirring often until melted and smooth and then switch to electric mixer to beat to combine. Pour into Pam-sprayed margarine tubs or freezer containers with tight-fitting lids. Refrigerate 12 to 15 hours before using or freeze (thaw and use within 6 months).
