Ingredients:


1 pound sharp cheddar cheese -- grated

1 cup walnuts -- chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup green onion -- finely diced

1/2 teaspoon curry powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. 2. Pack into crocks; refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers.
