Preparation / Directions:Pound steak to tenderize. Cut pocket in center of steak. Combine remaining
ingredients and mix well. Stuff steak and secure opening with skewers.
Broil 3 inches from heat 3-4 minutes on each side, or longer to taste. To
serve cut thin slices diagonally across grain.
