Preparation / Directions:Place beef in crockpot. Combine celery salt, flour, garlic, ginger and pepper. Sprinkle over beef. Combine tomatoes (with juice), carrots, wine and molasses. Pour over beef. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Add raisins 30 minutes before serving. Serve on hot noodles.
