Beef Stew in a CROCK POT

Ingredients:


2 pounds raw roast beef -- cut up

2 large carrots -- sliced

3 medium potatoes -- cut up

1 medium Onion to taste

1/2 package frozen peas

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

1 can cream of mushroom soup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally; or bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
