Ingredients:
6 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts -- cooked
2 large onions -- chopped
2 cups okra -- cut up
32 ounces tomatoes, canned -- chopped
1 cup lima beans
2 medium potatoes -- diced
1 cup corn, frozen
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon fructose
Preparation / Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large stockpot and simmer, uncovered, until the vegetables are tender, about 25 minutes.
