Chicken Stewp Crock Pot

Ingredients:


3 pound Very meaty chicken frame

2 1/2 quarts water

1 small onion -- quartered

3 pieces chicken bouillon cubes

2 medium potatoes -- partially boiled

2 stalks celery

2 large carrots

1 small can tomatoes

1/3 cup raw regular rice

1 cup frozen peas

1 piece bay leaf

1 teaspoon salt and Pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


IN large slow cooker put chicken frame, water, onion, bouillon, diced potatoes, celery sliced fine (use a few celery leaves). Add thinly sliced carrots, crushed tomatoes and juice and remaining ingredients. Low heat 6 to 8 hours. Cook. Remove frame and reserve meat. Remove bay leaf. Serve.
