Crock Pot Fish Stew A La Carolyn |

Ingredients:
3 Large Red Snapper Or Flounder 1 1/4 To 1 1/2 Lb -- cut in 2 inch pieces |
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Or Melted Butter |
1 Clove garlic |
1 Large onion -- sliced |
1 medium Green Pepper -- cut in 1 inch pieces |
1 medium Zucchini unpeeled and sliced |
15 ounces whole tomatoes |
1/2 Teaspoon leaf basil |
1/2 Teaspoon leaf oregano |
1 Teaspoon salt |
1/8 Teaspoon pepper |
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine |
1/2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms ( To 3/4 Cup) -- optional |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Stir gently, but thoroughly. Cover and cook on High setting for 4 to 6 hours. Makes 6 servings (about 3 quarts).
