Crock Pot Hearty Beef Stew

Ingredients:


2 pounds stew meat -- chop in 1 inch cubes

3 medium potatoes -- diced

3 medium carrots -- sliced

1 medium onion -- diced

2 cans whole tomatoes -- (14 1/2 oz.)

4 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca

2 pieces bay leaves

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
