Ingredients:
1 medium Onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon oil
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 cup pinto beans
1/2 cup northern beans
1/2 cup kidney beans
1/2 cup red lentils
5 cups water
1 piece bay leaf
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon dill weed
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pieces knorr vegetarian bol. cube
2 cups cubed potatoes (potato, carrots -- etc.)
Preparation / Directions:
Saute onion, garlic in oil along with paprika. Put all ingredients in slow cooker, and simmer on high for about 4 hours.
