Minestrone Stew

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds beef -- cut in 1 inch cubes

1/4 cup kraft italian dressing

1 can tomatoes -- 29oz

1 1/2 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 cups carrot chunks

1 package frozen italian green beans -- 10oz or

1 1/2 cups diagonally sliced celery chunks

4 small onions -- quartered

2 1/2 cups spiral noodles -- 6oz, cooked, drained

1 Cup kraft grated romano cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown meat in dressing; add tomatoes, water and seasonings. Cover; simmer 1 hour. ADd carrots, green beans and onions. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. STir in noodles; continue cooking additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. 6 servings.
