Shrimp Stew

Ingredients:


1/2 pound sliced bacon

1 tablespoon flour

3 pounds tiger prawn

1/4 cup onion

1 cup potato

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

3 cups water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook bacon in a saucepot, over a medium flame, until crisp add flour, heat and stir to a medium brown color add remaining ingredients-mix well bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20-30 minutes serve hot
