Quick Turkey Stew

Ingredients:


6 cups water

4 tablespoons Knorrs Concentrated Chicken Broth

2 packages seasoning packets from Top ramen soup pkg.

1 teaspoon marjoram -- to taste

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon black pepper -- to taste

2 cups cooked turkey -- cubed

1 package frozen stew vegetables -- (Schwans)

4 tablespoons flour -- approximate amount
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring water to boil in a large soup pot. Add condensed broth and seasonings and herbs. Simmer a couple minutes. Add turkey and veggies. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix flour in a small amount of water and pour into simmering stew. Stir and cook until thickened slightly. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Can also add dumplings to the top of this stew and simmer for 15 minutes.
