Turkey Vegetable Stew

Great use for leftover turkey
 

Ingredients:


2 pounds veal -- cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes

2 tablespoons corn oil

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup {10 3/4 oz}

1/3 cup chablis or other dry white wine

3 cups sliced onions

1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves -- crushed

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 cups cooked noodles

1 bunch snipped parsley -- {for garnish}
 

Preparation / Directions:


In Soup Pot - Heat butter til hot..add onion..cover and cook for 3 minutes..add celery and carrots..cook 3-4 minutes..add potatoes and flour..cook 1 minute..add chicken stock, marjoram and turkey..cook for 40-45 minutes on low heat..8 minutes before the end of cooking add bell peppers, tobasco sauce and salt and pepper.. Serve
