Kielbasa with Broccoli Stew

My Grandma Merickle's recipe is a wonderful blend of kielbasa, broccoli, potatos, mushrooms and onions in a creamy mushroom/cheese sauce. Great for cold days!
 

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pound German, Polish or Smoked Sausages

6 Medium potatos

1 Large Onion

1 pound Fresh Mushrooms

1 large head Broccoli

1 pound Velveeta cheese

3 cans Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 1/2 cups Milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Slice sausages into 1/2" pieces. Cut potatos into 1 1/2" chunks. Coarsly chop onion and mushrooms. Break Boccoli into florets and cut stems into 1/2" pieces. Cube Velveeta cheese. Place all items into large crock. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir. Set crock-pot on high for approximately 6-7 hours. Stir once or twice during cooking to allow cheese to blend.
